Prana Vinyasa is an elemental practice system for living flow connecting you to the healing force of nature and the power to heal, balance, transform and renew. A Prana Vinyasa class offers a practical and effective diversity.
Prana Vinyasa transforms a class into sadhana or ritual meditation and then full relaxation.
Prana vinaysa practice connects you with the elements within your own body and the flow of nature. Each practice is based upon a “pathway of prana vinyasa” – a progression of namaskars (elemental salutations), sequences, and peak asanas connected to the power of each element.
Elemental Alchemy
The flow of a class is as a movement meditations upon the earth, water fire, breath and space and the healing qualities of each element within our own body and in nature. With alchemical global music, every prana vinyasa solar or lunar practice takes you on a journey through the elemental grounding power of the earth, the fluid power of water, the transforming power of fire, the life-giving prana of air and the sacred view of the space element.

program is live + online -taken alongside 200-500hr Prana Vinyasa certification for students who are completing the foundation modules.
In this year long sadhana, students specialize in the wellness application of yogic wisdom including Ayurveda, classical manta, Mudra, ritual embodiment that has been part of the Samudra Global School of Living yoga for 25 years.

Lunar Path
Prana Flow and Living Wellness Lunar Arts teacher training programs will focus on the inner arts of wellness and the foundations of teaching meditation, breath flow, universal mantra flow, and movement meditation for rejuvenation, relaxation, and peace as the main form of wellness and yoga.
Students enrolled in the 200-500 hour Prana Flow Lunar Arts program -as well as teachers at the advanced level- will deepen their knowledge of embodying and teaching the refined art of lunar movement alchemy and meditation arts.
Living Flow Wellness Guide Applies theory of Elemental and Foundation Prana Vinyasa- embodying Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space with focus on the Lunar Prana Flow sequences and creating a healing, calming quality to the elemental sadhana.
Prana Flow Wellness Guide at the 500-1008hr level embodies Soma Prana Vinyasa as a moving meditation into a deep whole-body opening, relaxation as a flowing
tantric-based approach to lunar or yin yoga. This regenerative practice offers one half meditative Prana Vinyasa namaskars and deep lunar mudrasanas,
and one half inner arts of meditation, mantra, mudra, self massage, and deep savasana. Soma is a Vedic-Tantric understanding of the “revivifying elixir-nectar”,
the secret to longevity, and a refined healing essence that can be generated with us through forms of meditation and natural flow. Included in
this pathway is Prana Danda + Vajrayana Buddhist dharma with Demitri Velisarius, Shakti Prana Vinyasa, and Tantra.

Our "vital signs of living" manifest uniquely in each element-chakra as the dynamic balance between excessive and wavering. Physical health forms the foundation of our fire keeping; if we let this fire weaken, all of the other fires we tend sill suffer: our emotions, our thought waves, enthusiasm for creativity an for life itself.
In a world where we can see the disconnecting effects of a "dim fire" or the burn our of the "excessive fire", inner fire keeping is an all-encompassing metaphor for cultivating happiness within.
Vital Health Practices as Foundation of Living Wellness:

Solar Path
The Solar pathway of Living Flow and Prana Flow Wellness draws on 12-21 classical and Prana Flow namaskars. Students will become embodied in and certified
to apply this empowering, life rejuvenating program to their personal practice, family, as a 1:1 guide, and in group practices.
Vira Sadhana is sacred strength training in balance. It asks us to release and transform resistances, habits, and tendencies that hinder the rising of our full potential- virya. Vira Rasa stokes the fires to help us embody courage, stamina, and steadiness. This sadhana will activate, transform, and balance- preparing our embodiment for the joy of vital living. Prana Danda (yoga with a 5 foot staff) and Soma Prana Flow invoke the healing qualities of Lunar Elemental Prana Vinyasa to support the solar activation of Vira Rasa.
This pathway of wellness brings the flow of life as a living practice to serve vitality, happiness, and peace.
